A range of resources I have developed over my career teaching in primary schools in Scotland. I have been sharing my resources here for many years with many 4 and 5 star reviews. These are no longer viewable on the resources as I have relisted as paid resources. They can be seen here https://www.flickr.com/gp/151583490@N07/04oYt9

People Same but Different Colours of the Wind quote banner

(0)
Banner with a quote from the Disney song Colours of the Wind. "You think the only people who are people Are the people who look and think like you But if you walk the footsteps of a stranger You'll learn things you never knew, you never knew" I used this to explore differences and prejudice at many levels of society. This is an Excel file which is set to print on many pages to make a long banner. The picture is printed on one A4 sheet and is for illustration only.

This is a simple, colourful behaviour chart to set a target and quickly give feedback of how well the child is achieving their target for sections of the day using emojis. Also good to identify patterns of behaviour and triggers. An editable spreadsheet which prints 2 charts to an A4 sheet.

A Huge Bag of Worries worksheet

Simple worksheet to share what would be in our bag of worries. I then get children to colour code by underlining the ones we can give to someone else, deal with ourselves, etc. Great starter for a discussion about big problems, little problems.
